30 Years of relevant experience. Mr. Brown has 30 years of diversified experience in the field
of civil, sanitary and mechanical engineering. This experience includes design work on the Ocean County
Sewerage Authority $200 million regional sewerage system as well as sewerage facilities planning for
several communities in Ocean County. Mr. Brown's experience also includes such municipal projects as
water distribution systems, water storage facilities, sewage collection and pumping stations and
numerous roadway projects. Mr. Brown's numerous commercial, industrial and residential projects have
included site layout, drainage and detention design, utility layout and design, site grading and
roadway design.

Ted W. Pivovarnick, NJ PLS, Secretary
30 Years of relevant experience. Mr. Pivovarnick joined PJE in
1983 and has been a corporate principal since 1991. His
responsibilities include design and preparation of residential
and commercial site plans and coordinate all phases of projects.
This includes: research, field work, survey analysis, plan
preparation, conceptual, preliminary and final designs, and
construction stake-out and as-built. Supervision of each phase
to completion, on-schedule and within budget, conduct client
meetings, participate at planning board and zoning board
meetings and work closely with in-house and municipal
engineering staff. In addition to the above responsibilities as
a Project Manager and Land Surveyor in responsible charge, he is
also responsible for the Firm’s Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)
Project Manager. These responsibilities include implementing and
training staff in procedures, hardware and software. Mr.
Pivovarnick has also prepared and presented seminars about the
theory and practice of land surveying to the Title Industry in
NJ, and has been featured in the "Americans at Work" column in
the Trenton Times newspaper and Blogs about the Land Surveying
profession in NJ Here.

Frank J. Falcone, NJ PLS & PP, Treasurer
29 Years of relevant experience. Mr. Falcone spent
30 years in
the civil engineering, professional planning and land surveying fields in the state
of New Jersey. Mr. Falcone currently shares the position of managing director within
the firm, assisting with daily operations. His duties involve interfacing with clients
and with state and local review agencies in the land development process. Some
projects that have been the direct responsibility of Mr. Falcone include: The Hunt
Farm, a 25 lot residential subdivision of custom homes development in Hopewell Township,
including soil analysis for sewage disposal; Survey, Planning and layout of the Johnson
& Johnson Corporate Headquarters in New Brunswick, New Jersey; Survey, Planning and
development of the Middlesex General Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey; a 1,000
acre land survey in Cranbury Township, Middlesex County for National Business Parks,
Inc.; a 22 lot Major Residential Subdivision for Spruce Farms in Hamilton Township.

23 Years of relevant experience. Mr. Katz has been actively involved in the Land
Surveying and Construction Industry since 1978. He has participated at all levels
of the profession and is currently a Senior Designer and Project Manager. Mr.
Katz is proficient in the Planning, Design and Generation of Residential
Subdivision Plans and Commercial Site Plans. His expertise lies in his ability
to supervise and interface with everyone involved with each project ensuring
lines of communication stay open and work stays on schedule and within budget.
He represents applicants at Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards and aids in
coordinating permits at the local, county and state levels.

25 Years of relevant experience. Mr. Brakel’s responsibilities include Design,
manage and coordinate all phases of engineering and land surveying projects.
Provide supervision to, AutoCAD operators and surveying field crews. Provide
engineering design and project supervision for and including major residential
subdivisions, major commercial and industrial site plans and construction
layouts. Provide professional testimony for planning board and zoning board
approvals and manage permit design applications at the local, county and state levels.
